Trevone & Stepper Point

This takes you past the church and Prideaux Place, then on to Crugmeer, Trevone bay and back along the coast path into town.  About 14km and moderately difficult.  A good 3-4 hours with coffee stop possibilities in Trevone, Hawkers Cove and Padstow.

From the house head onto Trewlaney Rd and at the end cross over the grass towards the main road.  Follow this round and then go through the car park to join the footpath.  Turn left and head down to the church, passing it on your right.  Then up Church Lane and right towards Prideaux Place.  Go past the old house and deer park, and head towards Tregirls Farm.  Take the footpath diagonally off the road to the left and follow the path through the fields into Crugmeer.  Through the village and follow the road towards Trevone.  Coffee and snacks at the Trevone beach shop.  Then head back via the coast path (can be a bt up and down).  Call in at the Coast guard watch station at Stepper Point.  Cup of tea and cake at Rest-a-while tea rooms by Hawkers Cove.  At low tide from here you can come all the way back into town on the beach.  Otherwise just follow the coast path.
